摘要
运用颗粒黏结建模思想构建矿石模型,以黏结键断裂现象描述矿石破碎,并应用于立磨机破碎仿真中。通过对立磨机结构参数及工作原理的分析,得出影响立磨机破碎效果的因素,并对这些参数的取值范围进行分析;同时针对上述参数设计单因素仿真试验与正交试验,对粉磨后的平均粒径进行筛分,分析结果得出立磨机在最佳破碎效果下的参数组合,验证了单因素仿真试验的准确性。
Particle bonded modeling idea was applied to build the model of the ore, and the bond breakage was applied to describe ore breakage, which was then applied to the simulation of the breaking in the vertical mill. After analyzing the structural parameters and the working principle of the vertical mill, the paper obtained the parameters affecting the breaking effects of the vertical mill, and then analyzed the value range of the parameters. After that, single-factored simulation and orthogonal test was designed according to above parameters, and average size of the product was sieved. According to the analysis results, parameter combination to achieve optimal breaking effects was obtained, which verified the correctness of the single-factored simulation test.
