摘要
磨煤机的工作可靠性直接关系到整个制粉系统乃至锅炉机组工作的稳定性。基于存煤量与磨煤机各参数的关系,采用关联度分析和均衡度结合的方法,细致分析存煤量与锅炉系统中运行参数的变化规律,采用MATLAB和Origin软件仿真得到磨煤机适宜煤量下钢球实时冲击动能的变化曲线,为深入研究基于钢球动能的煤量控制方法以及提高锅炉效益提供理论和试验基础。
The working reliability of the coal mill directly affects the reliability of the coal pulverizing system and the boiler unit. Based on the relationship between the coal charge and parameters of the mill, the method combining correlative degree analysis and balance adjacent degree was applied to thoroughly analyze the variation laws of the coal charge of the mill and the operating parameters of the boiler unit. In addition, MATLAB and Oregin were applied to carry out simulation, and variation curve of real-time impact kinetic energy of the grinding ball at suitable coal charge of the mill was obtained. The research offered theoretical and test foundation for deeply studying coal charge control method and enhancing the boiler efficiency.
