摘要
国内应用的立磨机,功率配置普遍偏大,负荷率极低。普朗铜矿为避免"大马拉小车"现象,开展了粗精矿再磨立磨机的立磨条件和单位功耗的试验研究。经立磨产品分析,普朗铜矿单位功耗5.0 kW·h/t,满足生产要求,电动机配置总功率为1210 kW。
The currently applied vertical mills in Chin generally possessed large power and low load. In Pulang Copper Mine, to avoid wasting large power on low load, the test study on grinding condition and specific power consumption of the vertical mill for regrinding rough concentrate was conducted. The analysis on products from the vertical mill showed the specific power consumption in Pulang Copper Mine reached 5.0 k Woh/t, which met production demand. The motor power of the vertical mill was 1 210 k W.
