摘要
针对分级筛对≤6 mm煤颗粒分级效率低、易堵塞等不足,探寻一种用于细粒煤干法分级的螺旋脱粉装置。本装置通过螺旋筛面下气流通道和补风调节装置进行供风、调风,强化煤颗粒螺旋输送和分级。通过对螺旋脱粉装置进行模型简化,运用FLUEMT软件对其中气流干扰的可控性进行仿真,初步了解气流对物料运输过程中稳定性的影响,以及对物料松散分层和分级的影响,为下一步对螺旋脱粉装置的深入研究和应用提供参考。
TIn view of low separation efficiency and easy clogging of the sieving screen during separation of coal whose particle size was not more than 6 mm, the paper explored a spiral shedding device for dry grading of fine coal. The device was equipped with airflow channel and air control unit under the spiral sieving surface so as to supply and control airflow. It also intensified the spiral delivery and grading of coal particles. After simplifying the model of the spiral shedding device, FLUENT was applied to simulate the control of airflow interference in the spiral shedding device. Meanwhile, the influence of airflow on material delivery stability as well as the influence of airflow on layering and grading were preliminarily analyzed. The research offered reference for deep study and application of the device.
