摘要
对甘肃某低品位难选金矿进行了选矿试验,并研究了该矿石的浮选工艺及在浮选过程中各种药剂的用量。结果表明,采用一粗—两扫—三精的闭路流程,最终获得金品位为21.70 g/t、金回收率为87.79%、硫品位为40.57%、硫回收率为83.98%的金精矿。该低品位金矿可以通过浮选达到预先富集的目的。
The flotation test for a low-grade refractory gold ore from Gansu was conducted, and the flotation process and the dosage of each agent during flotation were studied. The results showed the gold concentrate with gold grade of 21.70 g/ t, gold recovery of 87.79%, sulfate grade of 40.57% and sulfate recovery of 83.98% was obtained after closed-circuit process involving one roughing, two scavenging and three cleaning. The lowgrade gold ore could be enriched in advance through flotation.
