分瓣大齿轮联接螺栓的受力分析及在工艺加工中的应用

摘要 矿用磨机是选矿厂最重要的设备之一,在磨机传动大齿轮加工过程中,如果不能解决出现在联接面的张口错边问题,将严重影响磨机的运转平稳性及可靠性,从而影响矿用磨机的使用寿命。通过分析大齿轮联接面联接螺栓的受力状况,编制了螺栓预紧力计算及选用界面软件,解决了大齿轮联接面的张口错边问题,为大齿轮的加工提供了技术支持。 Mill is one of the most important equipments in concentrators. If the cracking and slipping of the junction surface of the split gear fail to avoid during the manufacture of the split gear of the mill, the stability and reliability of the operating mill will be affected seriously, and the service lifespan of the mill will shorten consequently. In the paper, after the force state of the junction bolts of the junction surface of the split gear being analyzed, the software for calculating the bolt pretightening force and bolt sizing was programmed. Thus the cracking and slipping of the junction surface could be avoided. The study offered technical support for manufacture of the large split gear.
