摘要
结合KJYF-96/12型可移动式救生舱在煤矿的实际使用工况,对其壳体强度进行有限元数值分析,得到数值计算结果。并将该救生舱放于模拟巷道,利用混合瓦斯与煤尘作为介质实施爆炸,采集爆炸过程中救生舱的力学性能数据;将数值计算结果和爆炸试验结果进行对比分析可知,数值计算结果与爆炸实验结果吻合良好,所用仿真数值计算方法正确、适用,该救生舱舱体强度满足标准要求。
According to actual operation conditions of KJYF-96/12 movable refuge chamber in colliery, the paper conducted finite element numerical analysis on its shell strength and obtained the calculation results. And then, the refuge chamber was put in simulated roadway, and the mixture of gas and coal dust served as the explosion medium. After that, data about mechanical performance of the refuge chamber during explosion process were acquired. The contrast of numerical calculation results and explosion test results showed they coincide well, which indicated the simulation method was correct and feasible as well as the strength of the refuge chamber met the standard requirements.
