摘要
针对液压挖掘机工作装置下降过程中大量重力势能转化为热能的问题,提出了一种以蓄能器为储能元件完成重力势能回收的新型动臂势能回收系统。分析了能量回收系统的构成及运行机理,然后建立机械装置和液压系统的仿真模型,并对上述模型进行仿真研究。然后将能量回收系统应用于某40 t挖掘机,并进行典型挖掘循环工况下的能量回收试验。对照仿真结果和试验结果可知,新型动臂节能系统运行良好,节能效果显著。
In view of plenty of gravity potential energy transforming to thermal energy during dropping process of the manipulator of hydraulic excavators, the paper proposed a new-type system recovering gravity potential energy with an accumulator serving as energy storing component. The structure and operation mechanism of the energy recovery system were analyzed, and then the simulation model of the mechanical system and the hydraulic system were established, and then the simulation study was conducted. And then, the energy recovery system was applied to a 40 t excavator, and the energy recovery test in typical excavating cycle mode was carried out. The contrast between simulation results and test ones showed the new-type boom energy recovery system was characterized by excellent operation effects and remarkable energy-saving effects.
