摘要
阻车器是煤矿运输系统的重要设施之一。设计了一种液动爪式阻车器,介绍了其机构工作原理,并对各构件之间位置关系进行了解析计算。同时,对阻车器的总体结构和液压控制系统进行了阐述。所设计的阻车器具有结构简单、操作方便、安全性好及可实现远程操作等优点。
The tramcar stopper is one of the important transportation devices in collieries. In the paper, a hydraulic claw-typed tramcar stopper was designed. The principle of its mechanism was presented, and the location relationship of components was analyzed and calculated. In addition, the architecture and the hydraulic control system of the tramcar stopper were described. The tramcar stopper was characterized by simple structure, easy operation, excellent security and remote operation.
