振动流化床分选细粒煤的稳定性研究 被引量:1

Study on separation stability of fine coal with vibrating fluidized bed

摘要 对影响分选效果的因子进行分类处理,采用"均匀试验+正交试验"相结合的试验方案,结合提出的绝对离析值(Wash)、相对离析值(R)2个分选效果量化指标,在实验室振动流化床分选系统(D120 mm×H350 mm)上,对不同性质-6+1 mm细粒永城烟煤的分选效果波动性进行试验。结果表明,针对不同性质的入料,4种操作类因子均存在相对窄的最佳取值范围,且影响显著性依次为床层高度H>流化气速v>振动频率f>振幅A;对于2种性质类因子,与密度组成相比粒度组成变化时分选效果波动较大,试验范围内密度组成变化时R值的波动区间为70.57%~77.59%,粒度组成变化时R值的波动区间为64.59%~76.61%。 The factors affecting separation effects were sorted, and the test scheme combining uniform test with orthogonal test was offered. And then, two indexes of absolute segregation value(Wash) and the relative segregation value(R) were proposed to quantify separation effects, and the tests for separation stability of-6 +1 mm fine coal with various natures from Yongcheng were conducted on the laboratory vibrating fluidized bed(D120 mm×H350 mm). The results showed: as for four feedings with various natures, there was narrow optimal value range of the four operating factors, and the influential order was bed height H > fluidized air velocity v > vibration frequency f > vibration amplitude A; as for two property factors, there was wider fluctuation of separation effects while grain size composition varying than while density composition varying, the value of R ranged from 70.57% to 77.59% on variation of the density composition, and ranged from 64.59% to 76.61% on variation of the grain size composition.
