摘要
通过FLUENT软件对机械密封摩擦副及腔内温度场进行数值模拟计算,可以非常直观地了解机械密封摩擦副及腔内的温度分布情况,找出其影响因素,并通过改变机械密封的转子转速、冲洗液压力和冲洗液温度,使用N-S方程分析其对两种不同机械密封(接触式机械密封与非接触式机械密封)摩擦副及腔内温度场的影响,从而为机械密封的设计和优化提供可靠的依据。
FLUENT was applied to conduct numerical simulation on temperature field of the friction pair of the mechanical seal and the sealing cavity, thus the temperature distribution was intuitively observed and the influential factors were identified. After changing the speed of the rotor with mechanical seal, pressure and temperature of flushing fluid, N-S equation was applied to analyze their influence on the temperature field of the friction pair and the sealing cavity of two kinds of mechanical seals(contacted mechanical seal and non-contacted mechanical seal). The study offered reliable theoretical reference for the design and optimization of the mechanical seal.
