摘要
针对目前煤炭企业对企业运营的投入逐年增加,笔者运用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)法,对我国的10家典型煤炭企业进行分析,重点研究了煤炭企业投入的有效利用情况,判断企业的规模是否合理,探讨其在管理、科研和安全投入方面的提升空间、改进方向及对策,从而为指导我国煤炭企业提高资源投入利用效率,实现科学高效发展提供了理论依据。
In view of current gradually enhanced operation investment in the coal enterprise year by year, the paper applied DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) method to analyze ten Chinese typical coal enterprises. It focused on studying effective utilization of the investment in coal enterprises and the enterprise scale was reasonable or not, and discussed the improvement room and direction as well as countermeasures in management, R&D and safety investment. The analysis offered theoretical reference for Chinese coal enterprises to enhance resource utilization efficiency and realize scientific and efficient development.
