摘要 将虚拟拆装和场景仿真资源通过网络共享,为煤矿机械装备企业,特别是中小企业提供资源共享和技术支持,这是建立基于Web的煤矿采掘运提装备虚拟拆装与仿真系统的重要驱动。笔者详细论述了系统的体系结构、功能结构和系统的关键技术,并以UG、3Dmax、OSG(Open Scene Graph)建立虚拟现实资源库,以Dreamweaver CS5、ASP和VBScript建立基本网络站点,以Active X控件在网页中实现显示虚拟现实资源、以ADO技术、SQL Server 2008为基础建立后台数据库。以平台中的基于Web的采煤机虚拟拆装模块和综掘工作面场景仿真模块为例进行分析,实现为远程虚拟拆装与场景演示服务,为煤矿装备制造企业准确快速了解产品结构和实际运行状况,开发新品,提高研发效率,提供了全新平台和技术支持。 To provide the coal mining machinery manufacture especially mediun and small manufacturers with information share and technical support by sharing virtual assembly and scene simulation information through network is an important drive to establish a web-based virtual assembly and simulation system for mining, transporting and hoisting equipments used in colliery. The paper narrated the system architecture, functional structure and key technologies in detail, which involved UG, 3dmax and OSG(Open Scene Graph) were applied to establish virtual reality information database, Dreamweaver CS5, ASP and VBScript were applied to establish basic network sites, Active X control was applied to display virtual reality information in web pages, ADO technology and SQL server 2008 were applied to establish the back-stage database. And then, the web-based virtual shearer assembly module and the web-based virtual simulation module of fully-mechanized excavation face were applied to conduct example application, so as to realize remote virtual assembly and scene demonstration service. The system provided a new platform and technical support for the mining machinery manufacture to understand the product structure and actual operating conditions, develop new products and improve the development efficiency quicklyand accurately.
