摘要
根据冲击式采煤机交流液压冲击系统的工作特点,将交流液压冲击系统各组成部分等效转换为冲击机械系统的基本力学元件,并构建系统部件的力学模型,然后利用冲击机械系统波动力学的方法对模型进行分析。根据透反射的数值分析法与波动力学建模规则对冲击系统进行数值模拟,试验得出系统部件的冲击应力分布、冲击频率及冲劈厚度等关键参数,为冲击式采煤机的设计及交流液压冲击系统的特性分析提供参考依据。
According to working characteristics of the pulsating flow hydraulic impact system of the impact shearer, all parts of the impact system were equivalently converted to basic mechanical components of the impact mechanical system, and the mechanical models of the components were built. And then, the wave mechanics method of the impact mechanical system was applied to analyze the models. Based on numerical analysis method of transmission and reflection as well as the modeling rules of wave mechanics, the numerical simulation on the impact system was conducted, and then key parameters such as impact stress distribution of the components, impact frequency and cutting thickness etc. were obtained. The research offered reference for design of the impact shearer and characteristic analysis of the pulsating flow hydraulic impact system.
