摘要
卸载架是带式输送机上受力比较复杂的重要部件,因常规的平面受力分析方法难以得到卸载架准确的受力情况,设计中往往会选取过大的安全系数,增加了设备的质量和成本。依据有限元方法对卸载架进行强度分析和结构优化,给出较合理的安全系数,减轻了卸载架质量,为改进卸载架的结构强度设计、提高卸载架力学性能提供了参考依据。
Since the unloading frame is an important component bearing complex stress of the belt conveyor, common plane stress analysis method is difficult in accurately analyzing the stress of the unloading frame, so larger safety coefficient is usually taken during design process, thus both the mass and the cost of the conveyor increase. In the paper, finite element method was applied to strength analysis and structural optimization of the unloading frame, and reasonable safety coefficient was offered, thus the mass of the unloading frame reduced. The study offered reference for improving the structural strength design and enhancing the mechanical performance of the unloading frame.
