永磁场作用于底流口对重介旋流器分选效果的影响规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究永磁场作用于重介旋流器底流口对旋流器分选效果的影响规律,利用钕铁硼(Nd Fe B)永磁体四磁极布置于旋流器底流口,以旋流器底流、溢流密度和灰分的变化为分析指标,通过改变磁极厚度,进行永磁场调整旋流器分选效果的试验。结果表明,当永磁场作用于旋流器底流口时,能够调整旋流器的溢流、底流介质分配,并提高重介旋流器的分选密度。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对所用的永磁场进行模拟,结果表明,磁场力的增加有利于磁性颗粒向底流口内壁移动和聚集,达到改变底流口直径的目的。 In order to study the influence of permanent magnetic field acting on underflow port of the densemedium cyclone on separation effects of the cyclone, four blocks of Nd Fe B permanent magnets were laid at the underflow port of the cyclone, and the density and the ash content of underflow and overflow of the cyclone were taken as the analysis indexes. By varying the thickness of the magnetic poles, the test for separation effects of the cyclone with control of the permanent field was conducted. The test results showed: while the permanent field acting on the underflow port of the cyclone, the medium distribution of the overflow and the underflow of the cyclone could be controlled, and the separation density of the dense-medium cyclone was improved. And then, ANSYS was applied to simulate the applied permanent magnetic field. The simulation results showed the increase of the magnetic field force was advantageous to the movement and aggregation of magnetic particles to the inner wall of the underflow port, thus the diameter of the underflow port varied.
