JS40矿用减速器齿轮传动系统的可靠性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以JS40型圆锥圆柱齿轮减速器的二级圆柱齿轮为研究对象,考虑齿轮强度变量的随机性和分布类型,利用蒙特卡洛法对随机变量发生伪随机数,得到计算应力和许用应力的频率直方图,模拟了齿轮的计算弯曲应力与计算接触应力、许用弯曲应力与许用接触应力的分布类型,得出了相关可靠度。齿轮计算弯曲应力服从正态分布,许用弯曲应力服从对数正态分布;齿轮计算接触应力服从正态分布,许用接触应力服从对数正态分布;模拟次数越多,可靠度误差越小,模拟次数达到10 000以上可靠度趋于稳定,并与多模式失效相关理论计算的可靠度进行了对比。 The second-stage cylindrical gear of JS40 bevel-cylindrical gear reducer was taken as the study object in the paper. Considering the randomness and the distribution type of gear strength variable, pseudo random number was generated from random variables by using Monte-Carlo method, and frequency histograms of calculated stress and allowable stress were obtained. In addition, distribution modes of calculated bending stress, calculated contact stress, allowable bending stress and allowable contact stress of the gear were simulated, and relevant reliability was obtained. The calculated bending stress obeyed normal distribution, and the allowable bending stress obeyed lognormal distribution; the calculated contact stress obeyed normal distribution, and the allowable contact stress obeyed lognormal distribution; the reliability error decreased gradually with increase of the number of simulation, the reliability tend to a steady value while the number of simulation exceeded 10 000. Finally, the reliability of the transmission system was compared with the one calculated by multimodal failure related theoretical.
