摘要
Hardox 450耐磨钢是一种低碳低合金调质钢,在实际应用中通常要对其进行不同程度的加热,以实现下料、弯曲成型等工序。并针对Hardox 450钢进行了不同温度下的热处理试验,通过对其强度、硬度、耐磨性等主要性能指标变化情况的分析,掌握了其变化规律,从而为选择Hardox 450钢的热加工成型温度奠定了基础。
Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel is a kind of low-carbon and low-alloy quenched and tempered steel. Heating to various degrees is usually necessary during practical application, so as to realize blanking, bent forming and other process. In the paper, heat treatment tests for Hardox 450 steel at various temperature were carried out. After analysis on the variation of main performance indexes such as strength, hardness and wear resistance etc, their variation laws were found out, which offered foundation for forming temperature of Hardox 450 steel during hot processing.
