摘要
通过对采煤机调高系统进行理论分析,找到了采煤机摇臂空载下降过程中发生抖动的原因,提出了有效的消除措施,显著提高了调高系统的稳定性,为采煤机调高系统的设计提供了理论依据。
After theoretical analysis on the height-adjusting system of the shearer, the paper found out the causes of shaking generated during the drop of the rocking arm of the shearer in no-load operation mode, and proposed effective elimination measures to enhance the stability of the height-adjusting system. The study offered theoretical reference for the design of the height-adjusting system of the shearer.
