摘要
以HDDP40型液压冲击钻机工作装置作为研究的对象,对其的运动学特性进行分析研究,分别采用传统的矩阵法和ADAMS虚拟样机建模分析法对其运动学特性进行分析,获取工作装置的运动轨迹及其主要工作尺寸,对比二者的结果表明,ADAMS运动学仿真分析结果准确性高,而且比矩阵计算法简单快捷,有比较明显的优势,可以缩短产品的研制周期,能够作为实际生产设计的重要方法。
The working device of HDDP40 hydraulic percussion drill served as the research object, study on its kinematic characteristics was conducted by using traditional matrix method and ADAMS virtual prototype modeling, thus the motion trajectory and main working dimensions of the working device were obtained. The contrast of the two showed ADAMS kinematic simulation had high precision and simpler and quicker than the matrix method. ADAMS kinematic simulation had obvious advantage, and could reduce the product development cycle and served as an important method for actual design.
