摘要
为了解决MG400/930-WD型采煤机牵引部行星架在工作时出现的传动失效问题,对行星架进行有限元分析并提出优化方案。介绍了行星架的工作原理,建立了相应的三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench对行星架进行了静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了行星架的位移云图、应力云图、固有频率和频率响应结果。分析结果表明:优化后的行星架能满足工作要求,研究成果为MG400/930-WD型采煤机的设计提供了理论依据。
In order to avoid the transmission failure occurred during operation of the planetary carrier of the traction unit in MG400/930-WD shearer, FEA was carried out on the planetary carrier and optimization program was proposed. The working principle of the planetary carrier was elaborated and its 3D model was established. Statics analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis on the planetary carrier were carried out based on ANSYS Workbench, and the displacement contours, stress contours, nature frequency and frequency response of the planetary carrier were obtained. Analysis results showed that the optimized planetary carrier satisfied the working demand. The study results provided a theoretical basis for the design of MG400/930-WD shearer.
