摘要
分析了采用自动变速箱的矿用车辆的换挡规律和工作特点,制定了适合于矿用车辆的最佳换挡规律。采用Trucksim与Simulink联合仿真技术,建立了整车仿真模型。然后分别在加速工况和减速工况下,针对最佳动力性换挡规律和最佳经济性换挡规律,仿真分析车辆换挡情况。通过对车辆的动力性和经济性进行评价,验证了所得到的换挡规律的合理性,从而为矿用车辆自动变速箱换挡策略的制定提供了依据。
The shifting laws and working features of the mining truck with automatic gearbox were analyzed, and optimal shifting laws suitable for the mining truck was set down. Co-simulation of Simulink and Truck Sim was applied to build the simulation model of the truck. In acceleration and deceleration mode, the shifting of the truck with the shifting laws for optimal power and the shifting laws for optimal economy was simulated and analyzed. After evaluating the power and economy of the truck, the obtained shifting laws proved to be reasonable. The research results offered reference for setting down the shifting strategy of the automatic gearbox in the mining truck.
