摘要
由于不同高度绳罐道的横向刚度不同,提升容器在运行过程中受到横向载荷的作用,对提升容器的位姿产生一定的影响。通过简化绳罐道提升容器偏载的力学模型,得到了提升容器的位移、转动角和横向载荷的关系,构建了ADAMS仿真模型,验证了理论计算的结果。矿井提升容器位姿的确定对井筒的横截面和罐道的布置具有重要的参考价值。
Since the lateral stiffness of the rope cage at various height is different, the hoisting container bears lateral loading during operation, which has some impact on the posture of the container. After simplifying the mechanics model of a hoisting container along rope cage guide, the paper obtained the relationship among the displacement, rotary angle and lateral loading of the hoisting container, as well as constructed ADAMS simulation model and verified theoretical calculation results. The determination of the posture of the hoisting container was of great reference for the layout of the shaft section and the cage guide.
