摘要
为了降低水泥磨机粉磨能耗,采用陶瓷球作为研磨介质。根据干法球磨机的粉磨特点,分析了陶瓷球介质的研磨机理,研制出专门用于陶瓷球介质的新型粉磨筛分装置。通过实际应用证明,该新型粉磨筛分装置对于提高粉磨效率、降低磨机能耗起了一定的促进作用,为干法球磨机的设计提供了借鉴。
In order to reduce the grinding energy consumption of the cement mill, the ceramic ball was used as the grinding medium. According to the grinding characteristics of the dry ball mill, the paper analyzed the grinding mechanism of the ceramic ball, and developed new-type grinding and sieving device specially used for the ceramic ball. Actual application showed the new-type grinding and sieving device was contributive for enhancing the grinding efficiency and reducing the energy consumption of the mill. The research offered reference for the design of the dry ball mill.
