摘要
为了给深部开采矿井及大型机械化矿井热害治理提供装备,改善依赖进口设备的现状,结合我国煤矿井的实际条件,研制了ZLS-3300高压模块化制冷装置。首先,确定制冷装置设计的基本参数;其次,进行制冷装置换热器的传热设计和强度设计,确定换热器的性能参数和强度参数;最后,进行制冷装置模块化设计及整体布局,使单组部件或单个部件尺寸不超过4.4 m×1.5 m×2.0 m (长×宽×高),质量不超过10 t。ZLS-3300制冷装置在实际应用检验中,额定工况下运行时制冷量测定值达到3 677 kW,富裕系数大于10%,并且具有制冷量大、承压高和尺寸小的优点。
In order to supply the heat damage control equipment for deep mines and large mechanized mines, and improve the status quo of relying on imported equipments, ZLS-3300 high-pressure modular refrigeration device used for underground colliery was developed in combination with actual conditions in domestic collieries. First, the basic parameters of the refrigeration device was determined;secondly, the heat transfer design and the strength design of the refrigeration device were conducted, so as to determine the performance parameters and the strength parameters of the heat exchanger;finally, the modular design and the overall layout of the refrigeration device were carried out, the size of single component or part did not exceed 4.4 m×1.5 m×2.0 m(length×width×height) and the mass did not exceed 10 t. Actual application of ZLS-3300 refrigeration device showed its measured refrigeration value reached 3 677 kW under rated operation condition, the richness factor was greater than 10%. It possessed the advantages of large refrigeration volume, high pressure-carrying capacity and small size.
