摘要
基于煤机公司仓储管理实际业务情况和煤机公司信息系统建设情况,实现仓储管理(WM模块)同仓储控制软件系统(WCS系统)集成,利用数据总线结构构建统一的离线和在线应用,实现PDA在线应用(4G网络,WIFI网络)和离线应用。在条件成熟的物流环节推行手持终端在仓储配送环节的应用,实现对仓库的货位管理和物资上下架作业由粗放型转向精细型管理,从而提升仓储管理的整体精益化水平,综合效益提高了5%。
Based on the actual business situation of warehouse management and the construction of information system in colliery machinery equipment company, the integration of warehouse management(WM module) and WCS(warehouse control software) system was realized, and then data bus structure was applied to construct unified offline and online application, so as to realize PDA online application(4G network, WIFI network) and offline application. The application of hand-held terminals to the storage and distribution link in mature logistics links realized the changeover from extensive management to intensive management in the storage space management as well as the material loading and unloading operation, thus the overall lean level of WM enhanced and the comprehensive efficiency increased by 5%.
