摘要
针对现有螺旋式锚固钻机操作复杂、钻进效率低、工人劳动强度大等问题,在分析国内外已有自动换杆装置的基础上,提出了一种适用于螺旋式锚固钻机的自动换杆装置设计方案。该自动换钻杆装置由钻杆存储库、抓取机械手、钻进系统3部分组成。分别对钻杆存储库、抓取机械手及钻进系统进行了方案设计,并对整体装置的控制系统进行了介绍。整套装置运行不需要人工干预,自动化程度高,解决了工人劳动强度大、钻进效率低的问题。
Due to the problems of the spiral anchoring rig such as complex operation,low drilling efficiency and great labor intensity,after analyzing the current automatic pipe replacement device at home and abroad,the paper proposed the design scheme of an automatic pipe replacement device suitable for the spiral anchoring rig.The automatic pipe replacement device consisted of the pipe storage,the grab manipulator and the drilling system.Their scheme design was separately conduced,and the control system of the device was introduced also.The whole device operated without manual intervention and was of high automatic degree,solved the problems such as great labor intensity and low drilling efficiency.
