用于大型塔磨机的新型橡胶磁性衬板的研制 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了立式塔磨机用橡胶磁性衬板的基本结构和工作原理,利用Ansoft有限元软件详细分析了橡胶磁性衬板表面磁感应强度,并采用重物悬挂法实际测量了橡胶磁性衬板表面对钢球的吸附力。结果表明,新型橡胶磁性衬板表面可快速吸附一层磁性矿粉和钢球介质,形成一层保护耐磨层,对于提高塔磨机的效率和延长衬板使用寿命有很好的效果。 The basic structure and the working principle of the magnetic rubber liner for the vertical tower mill were introduced. In addition, the magnetic flux density on the liner surface was analyzed in detail by Ansoft finite element software, and the adsorption force of the magnetic rubber liner surface to the steel ball was measured by the weight hanging method. The results showed: the surface of the new-type magnetic rubber liner rapidly absorbed a layer of magnetic mineral powder and the steel ball, so as to form a anti-abrasion protection layer, which was of good effects on improving the efficiency of the tower mill and prolonging the service life of the liner.
