摘要
水泥立磨已成功应用于水泥熟料的终粉磨系统,其中热风炉直接提供热量用于烘干物料和蒸发水分,热量消耗占比高达30%~40%。以水泥立磨系统热平衡计算为依据,用一定温度的水泥熟料代替热风炉为立磨提供热源,通过巴基斯坦某现场立磨的调试运行情况,验证了水泥立磨可在无外热源的情况下正常稳定运行,进而达到节能降耗的目的。
The cement vertical mill has been successfully applied to the final grinding system of cement clinker. The hot blast stove directly provides heat to dry materials and evaporate, the heat consumption accounts for 30% ~ 40%. Based on the calculation of heat balance of the cement vertical mill system, the cement clinker with a certain temperature was used instead of the hot blast stove to provide heat source for the vertical mill.The field commissioning and operation of a vertical mill in Pakistan showed that the vertical mill operated normally and stably without external heat source, thus the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction was achieved.
