摘要
介绍了国产SC10/182型梭车的结构组成和技术特点,分析了该梭车在平朔井工二矿边角煤开采中的应用情况和使用中存在的问题,并对现场应用过程中存在问题进行了改进,大大提高了梭车的生产效率。现场应用实践证明,国产SC10/182型梭车基本能够满足边角煤开采运输要求,并在现场应用中取得了较好的经济效益。
The paper introduced the home-made SC10/182 shuttle car about its structural constitution and technical characteristics,and analyzed the application of the shuttle car and existing problems during mining marginal coal seam in Pingshuo Jinggong No.2 mine.The existing problems during field application were solved,thus the productivity of the shuttle car greatly enhanced.Field application practice showed the homemade SC10/182 shuttle car basically met the transportation demand of mining marginal coal seam,and excellent economic benefits were achieved in filed application.
