掘进工作面超长距离通风安全保障技术研究 被引量:14

Research on ventilation safety guarantee technology on super-long distance tunneling face

摘要 针对长距离掘进工作面安全供风困难的现状,比较分析了6种掘进巷道的供风方式,结合转龙湾煤矿的现场实际情况,选择了单巷单机通风技术。计算论证了工作面风量的供需匹配,确定了局部通风机的选型。提出了拉链式风筒的制作工艺,论述了风筒减漏、降阻的技术原理。通过多元因素分析组合,形成了长距离掘进工作面安全高效供风的成套技术方案,为长距离掘进工作面供风安全保障提供指导。 In view of the difficulty in safe air supply on long-distance tunneling face,the paper analyzed six kinds of ventilation mode on tunneling face.According to field situation of Zhuanlongwan Colliery,the single-laneway single-ventilator technology was determined.And then,the matching of air supply volume and air demand volume was demonstrated,and the model of local ventilator was identified.In addition,the manufacturing process of the zipper-type air duct was put forward,and the technical principle of leakage relief and resistance reduction of the air duct was discussed.Through multi-factor analysis,a complete set of technical solution for safe and efficient air supply on long-distance tunneling face was formed,which offered guidance for security of air supply on long-distance tunneling face.
