旋回破碎机底架加工难点控制方法浅析

Analysis on keypoint control method during machining chassis of gyratory crusher

摘要 根据制造重型液压旋回破碎机的生产经验,归纳总结出底架加工过程中的关键控制点,针对大直径小角度锥面的尺寸测量、粗加工护板孔位初定、传动轴孔加工偏移量控制,合理设计工艺流程,设计出简易测量工装,保证了底架加工精度,提高了生产效率。 According to the production experience of the heavy hydraulic gyratory crusher,key control points on machining its chassis were summarized.In view of dimensional measurement of taper surface with large diameter and small angle,preliminary positioning of protective board hole for rough machining,control of offset on machining drive shaft hole,reasonable process flow was designed.In addition,simple measurement fixture was designed,so as to guarantee the machining precision and enhance the productivity.
