摘要
顶梁后部屋檐结构是在液压支架顶掩铰接位置防止矸石窜入的一种主要结构。通过有限元分析,计算不同顶梁后部屋檐结构的受力情况。结果表明,撑板+立肋屋檐结构抵抗变形能力最好,同时,撑板厚度对顶梁后部屋檐结构的变形量影响不大,当撑板厚度大于20 mm以后,后部屋檐结构变形量基本不变,建议撑板厚度选择20 mm。
The rear eave of the canopy was used for preventing the gangue from entering the hinge position of the canopy of the hydraulic support.In the paper,the stress of various rear eave of the canopy was calculated via finite element analysis software.The results showed the eave with brace plate and rib was the best to resist deformation,and the thickness of the brace plate had little influence on deformation of the rear eave of the canopy.While the thickness of the brace plate was more than 20 mm,the deformation of the rear eave basically remained unchanged.The thickness of the brace plate was suggested as 20 mm.
