摘要
针对盾构机刀盘刹车液压系统压力异常增高的问题,在分析刀盘刹车液压系统工作原理的基础上,通过理论分析计算、AMESim仿真以及试验,研究了温度对刹车压力的影响。结果表明,温度升高是造成刹车液压系统压力异常增高的主要原因。该结论对后续优化盾构机刀盘刹车液压系统,以及其他机型刀盘刹车装置的设计具有借鉴意义。
In view of abnormal pressure increase of the hydraulic system for the cutterhead brake of the shield machine,after analyzing the working principle of hydraulic system for the cutterhead brake,the paper researched the influence of the temperature on the braking pressure via theoretical analysis and calculation,AMESim simulation and test.The results showed the temperature rise was the main cause of abnormal pressure increase of the brake hydraulic system.The conclusion was of reference significance for subsequent optimization of the hydraulic system for the cutterhead brake of the shield machine and the design of the cutterhead brake of other models.
