煤矿装卸门式起重机制动器检测试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对块式制动器的工作特性进行分析,设计了一套制动器动作延迟时间的检测系统,解决了煤矿起重机制动器机械制动与电气制动时间检测的问题。该系统将采集的电动机电流、制动器转速和制动臂动作情况传输到数据处理模块中,由专业的数据处理软件进行分析处理,实时输出电流、转速和制动臂动作参数曲线。通过对曲线数据分析,能够精确地测量出制动器机械制动落后电气制动的时间。 After the analysis on the working characteristics of the block brake,a system of detecting the action delay duration of the brake was designed.It solved the problem of detecting the mechanical braking duration and electric braking duration of the crane in the colliery.In the system,the data about the current of the motor,the rotary velocity of the brake and the action of the braking arm were transferred to the data processing module,and then analyzed and processed via professional data processing software,thus the variation curve of the current,the rotary velocity and the action of the braking arm output on line.Based on the analysis on the curve data,the duration which the mechanical braking delayed behind the electric braking could be precisely measured.
