摘要
针对松软煤层瓦斯抽采过程中,封孔器及抽采管无法准确到达指定封孔位置的问题,设计了新型囊袋式聚氨酯封孔器。采用新型封孔器封孔方法和原有封孔方法各封孔8个,对二者的封孔过程和抽采瓦斯的体积分数进行对比分析。研究结果表明:新型囊袋式封孔器简化了操作步骤,缩短了单孔封孔时间,平均抽采瓦斯体积分数提高了7.3%。
Since the hole-sealer and the extracting pipe failed to accurately reach the specified hole-sealing position in the process of gas extraction in soft coal seam,a new-type bagged polyurethane hole-sealer was designed.In test,the new hole-sealing method and the original hole-sealing method were applied to seal eight holes individually,and then sealing process and the volume fraction of extracted gas were comparatively analyzed.Actual application showed the operation procedure was simplified,the single hole sealing duration was shortened,average volume fraction of extracted gas increased by 7.3%after the new-type bagged polyurethane hole-sealer being applied.
