橡胶弹簧滚轮罐耳性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据橡胶超弹性理论,采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,利用有限元仿真和试验测试相结合的方式对橡胶弹簧滚轮的静刚度进行研究分析。两者分析的刚度特性近似且近似为一条直线,验证了有限元仿真模型的正确性。基于裂纹成核法中的应力-寿命法,利用NCODE非线性有限元模块对橡胶滚轮疲劳寿命分析,得出结论:最先失效周期随着激励幅值减小而增大,最先失效处是静力学分析的应力最大处。 According to the rubber super-elastic theory and with the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model,the static stiffness of the rubber spring roller was researched by the combination of finite element simulation and test.The stiffness characteristics obtained by the two methods were close and nearly a straight line,which verified the correctness of the finite element simulation model.Based on the stress-life method of the crack nucleation method,the fatigue life of the rubber spring was analyzed by using NCODE finite element module.It was concluded that the first failure period increased with the decrease in the excitation amplitude,and the first failure region was located at the highest stress in the static analysis.
