摘要
为得到带式输送机理想的启动曲线,提出了一种输送机系统动力学速度边界条件处理方法。该方法将电动机-输送机动力学模型简化为给定速度边界的模型系统,首先推导了带式输送机一维动力学模型,然后给出给定速度启动曲线的威尔逊(Wilson-θ)求解方法,最后针对某输送机来验证此算法和模型。计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了计算方法的可靠性,也为带式输送机动力学速度边界条件处理提供了有效的方法。
In order to obtain the ideal starting curve of the belt conveyor,a method of processing the dynamic boundary conditions of the conveyor system was proposed.In the method,the motor-conveyor dynamics model was simplified to the model system with given speed boundary.First,the one-dimension dynamics model of the belt conveyor was derived;and then the Wilson-θsolution method for the starting curve with given speed was offered;finally,the algorithm and the model were verified via a conveyor.The calculation results were generally consistent with the test ones,and the reliability of the calculation method was verified,which offered an effective method for processing the dynamic velocity boundary conditions of the belt conveyor.
