A Thesis on the Technological Improvement as a Basis for Enterprise and Profit Theory

边际生产力理论建立在连续性假设的基础上 ,这种理论与技术进步不相容。从利润的本质来分析 ,在充分竞争条件下技术进步是利润产生的充分必要条件。现有企业理论研究既定技术下的资源优化配置问题 ,不能够解释长期利润的存在。从技术进步角度来分析 ,提高创新决策能力和应对技术进步中的不确定性 ,是企业产生的原因。

The theory of maginal productivity is set up on the basis of continuous hypothesises, which is incompatible with the technological improvement. By analysing the profit essence, we learn that: when the competition is well done, the technological improvement is the sufficient and essential condition of making profit. According to the existing research of enterprise theory, optimizing resource under fixed technologies, can not explain the existence of the long-term profit. In another hand, by analysing the technological improvement, we see that: the cause of enterprise emergence is to improve the ability of creating and deciding, and to handle the indeterminacy during the technological improvement. The sufficient condition of enterprise existing is that, the gain from the enterprise's technological improvement, can fully satisfy the distribution demands of every bodies of interests.
