摘要
调剖剂用量预测是调剖工艺中一个及其重要的环节,目前还没有一个科学的预测模型,本文在研究了调剖剂分布规律基础上,基于叶状分布规律,建立了菱形模型。基于该模型,建立了调剖剂总量的预测方法,该方法把各油层的相对吸水量作为调剖剂纵向分配的参数,把同一油层对各个油井方向上的渗透率作为调剖剂横向分配的参数,综合分配调剖剂。该系统既可以由总的调剖剂用量,预测各个油层,各个油井方向上的调剖半径,也可以由给定的调剖半径,计算所需总的调剖剂用量,为调剖工艺的顺利实施提供了科学的依据。
The prediction of profile control chemicals quantity is an important phase in profile control. At present there is not any scientific prediction model. This article studies the profile control chemicals' distributing regularity in chemical profile control. Rectangle model is built basing on leaf-shaped model, and prediction method of profile control chemicals quantity is designed. This system uses relative absorb water quantity as parameter dispatching profile control chemicals, and uses osmosis ratio of different oil well direction of same oil layer as parameter dispatching profile control chemicals. This system can not only predict profile control radius of different direction and different oil layer basing on profile control! chemicals quantity, but also compute profile control chemicals quantity basing on radius of profile control. This system provides scientific basis for implementation of profile control.
