试论大学英语四、六级考试改革的深化 被引量:1

摘要 《全国大学英语四、六级考试改革方案(试行)》实施以来取得了一些成效,但有些改革目标并未达到。本文分析了这些目标未能达到的原因,并针对存在的问题提出了进一步改革的建议:学习、借鉴国际上较成熟的英语水平考试的经验并使之与大学英语考试的实际相结合,使这项考试成为真正的大学英语水平考试;取消四、六级的分级,将其合而为一,以期彻底消除"及格线"的弊端;允许大学毕业后若干年内的考生参加考试,以体现公平。 Reform Scheme for National CET-4 and CET-6(For Trial) has produced some good effects since its implementation,but some of its aims have not been achieved yet.The paper analyses the reasons behind this case,and,based on the existing problems,puts forward some suggestions on further reform:studying and borrowing the experiences of international sophisticated English proficiency tests and combining them with CET,so as to make it a true English proficiency test;cancelling the division between CET-4 and CET-6 so as to eliminate completely the negative effects of the 'passing score';allowing people who graduate from universities to take part in the test within a certain amount of years so as to practice the principle of fairness.
