摘要 随着教育研究从课程研究转向教师研究,教师专业化问题逐渐成为世界各国教师教育研究的核心问题。本文从反思性教学理论着手,从反思意识、专业能力、协同发展和研究性教学四个方面探讨了大学英语教师专业发展的途径,指出:教学研究和反思是教师发展的基础,只有具备创新精神和反思能力的外语教师,才能够不断通过教学实践促进自身素质的提高和专业发展。 With transition from curriculum research to teacher research in the education research,the topic of teachers' professional development gradually becomes the core of the study of the teacher education research in the world.Based on the theory of reflective teaching,the paper explores the ways to develop English teachers' profession in the university from the aspects of reflection consciousness,professional competence,collaborative development as well as research-based teaching.It concludes that teaching research and reflection is the foundation for teachers' development;only when the foreign language teachers have the spirit of innovation and reflection ability can they promote their own quality and improve their professional development.
