组织学习作为企业的一种核心能力受到广泛的关注。本文对组织学习模式进行研究,将任务执行过程中组织行为的调整作为学习单元,并分析这种学习模式下可能遇到的障碍及其解决办法。
As one of corporate core competencies ,organizational learning has been broadly concerned by researchers and practitioners. it studies the model of organizational learning. it takes the adjust-ment of organizational behavior during tasks carrying as the study unit. it discusses the difficulties in leavning process and puts forward some suggestions to eliminate these impediments.
