高校“综合评价招生”政策发展反思

The Reflection on Trend of“Comprehensive Evaluation of Enrollment”in Colleges and Universities

当前高校综合评价招生的发展主要有不均衡、不统一、随着新高考改革的推进而快速发展、实践模式多样化等特征。综合评价招生可能受影响的原因来自于两方面:实践层面上能否平衡各方的利益与风险是关键,理论层面上综合素质难于量化是难点。加强高校综合评价招生的改革,需要坚持'利益为本、防范风险、稳步推进、分散进行、提高规格'。

Based on the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation of enrollment in college enrollment,this paper points out that the current development trends are mainly characterized by imbalance,disunity,and highlevel development with the advancement of the new college entrance examination reform.The comprehensive eval-uation enrollment may be affected by two aspects:whether it is the balance of the interests and risks of all parties at the practical level and the theoretical level.It is difficult to quantify the comprehensive quality.Focusing on the reform ideas of strengthening the comprehensive quality evaluation of high school and the college entrance exami-nation,following principles should be abided by:interest-based,risk prevention,steady advancement,decentralization and improvement of specifications.
