高三学生英语考试焦虑调查及建议——以江苏省太仓高级中学为例 被引量:1

摘要 高中生尤其是高三学生普遍存在考试焦虑问题。为此选择江苏省太仓高级中学高三两个理科班学生作为研究对象,运用国际上广泛使用的《考试焦虑表》等开展问卷调查,获悉了学生英语考试焦虑水平较高的情况,分析了焦虑来源、焦虑表现,以及令学生焦虑的英语考试内容,在此基础上提出通过多种渠道降低考试焦虑水平、追溯焦虑源头、缓解考试焦虑情绪、针对难点内容训练考试应对能力等建议。 To explore the relationship between test and anxiety on senior high school students,especially on grade 3 students,and to provide scientific basis to resolve the conflict,two science classes of grade 3 in Taicang Senior High School of Jiangsu Province are selected as the research objects,and a questionnaire survey is conducted with the test anxiety scale,which is widely used in the world.And the source of anxiety,the performance of anxiety,and the content of English test are analyzed.The students have high anxiety level in English test.Some ways including reducing test anxiety level through multiple channels,retracing the source of anxiety,relieving test anxiety,and training test coping ability for difficult content would effectively reduce the anxiety.The students have high anxiety level in English test and some ways should be taken to relieve the anxiety.
