摘要
从梳理英语学科能力与核心素养的内在联系出发,依据英语学科能力表现指标框架,分析2018年高考英语试题对学生英语学科能力的测评情况,以此为基础提出高考英语命题的改进建议:重视对描述阐释能力的考查,关注对推理论证、批判评价能力的考查,探索对创造想象能力的考查。
Based on the intrinsic relationship between English disciplinary competence and the general key competences, according to the framework of students’ English disciplinary competence performance indicators, the paper analyzes the assessment of English disciplinary competence in the 2018 National Matriculation English Test,and then discusses the suggestions on developing items of NMET: to pay more attention to the assessment of the ability of describing and interpreting, inferring and demonstrating, criticizing and evaluating, and creating and imaging, so as to meet the requirements of the English key competences advocated in the new curriculum standards.
