Research on the Item Development of English Listening Test for Junior High School Based on English Disciplinary Competence

基于英语学科能力要素及表现指标框架,兼顾《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》关于听的分级目标与分级标准要求,提出初中英语听力测试立足语篇、设置情境、关注语用的命题原则,阐释这3条原则在命题中的具体体现,结合实例介绍在不同年级和不同主题内容下考查各核心能力要素的听力命题实践。

This paper elaborates on practice of three principles related to how to developing listening items based on English disciplinary competence elements and performance indicator framework as well as the requirements of teaching and assessing listening in the English Curriculum Standards for Junior High School(2011 Edition). The principles emphasize the importance of discourse, contexts and pragmatics. Additionally, the paper presents how to test students’ performance on key English disciplinary competence elements at different levels and various contents.
