煤自燃高温段指标气体的B型关联度分析 被引量:12

摘要 为了更准确的预测预报煤炭自燃发火,应用灰色B型关联分析法对4个煤样的指标气体进行了优选.通过计算较高温度段内(100~200℃)北皂褐煤、柴里气煤、李一气肥煤和藩一肥煤四个煤样的烃类气体产物浓度及浓度比值与温度的灰色B型关联度,确定了各煤样的指标气体.实验结果表明:北皂褐煤和柴里气煤的C2H6/C2H4与温度的关联度最大,选择C2H6/C2H4作为指标气体最优;而对藩一肥煤和李一气肥煤则选取C3H8/C2H6作为指标气体,因为C3H8/C2H6与温度的关联度最大.不同煤样的自燃发火指标气体一般不同,在实际应用中应综合考虑现场情况,选取最能反映煤温变化的气体产物,为准确预测煤炭自燃提供信息. In order to exactly predict the spontaneous combustion,we established the index gases of 4 different coal samples by B-Mode Relational Degree Analysis and figured out the relational degrees between the gases,concentration ratio,and the temperature at high temperature section(100~200℃).The results show that the C2H6/C2H4 can be selected as the index gas of Beizao lignite and Chaili gas coals because the correlative grade between C2H6/C2H4 and temperature is the greatest;and C3H8/C2H6 can be chosen for Liyi gas-fat coal and Panyi fat coal.The index gases are different with different coal samples.In using this conclusion to select the index gases,the coal mine situation should be considered so as to best reflect the changes in temperature,which can lay a good foundation for accurately predict coal spontaneous combustion.
