摘要
为了实现掘进头前端2~3 m空顶区超前临时支架的自动化搭建,改变原来低效、安全隐患大的人工搭建模式,用新型掘进巷道悬挂式迈步超前支架对空顶区顶板进行临时支护.基于顶板锚杆悬挂理论,以锚杆为基点,采用自制圆形梁为轨道,以液压力驱动3组机爪互为支点实现超前支架在巷道顶部空间的迈步前移,采用具有顶板适应性的变运动方向平行四边形机构作为超前支护机构,来实现超前支架的支护作业.采用该超前支架,可大大提高支护强度和速度,防止工人空顶作业,同时还能提高巷道空间的利用率,实现与掘进机等其他设备的并行作业,具有良好的经济效益.
In order to realize the automatic building-up of proceeding support for provisional protection at the position of 2 to 3 meters in front of the driving face so as to change the built-by-man mode which is inefficient and highly dangerous,we worked out a new preceding support has.Being hung on the laneway roof,this new support can provide provisional protection for miners.Based on the theory of hanging on laneway roof with roof bolt and taking the bolt as base point,this new preceding support can work in the free space on the laneway roof,allowing other equipments such as the entry-driving machine work at the same time,thus improving the utilizing efficiency of the laneway.On the cirques track of bolts,its three groups of claw,which are driven by hydraulic force,work as fulcrums to one another to push the support move forward.In addition,a quadrilateral mechanism which can adapt its direction to the roof is used as the support.This machine will enhance the working efficiency,reduce the work intensity,and achieve better economic benefit.
