价格持续低迷的成因与对策——以武汉为例的分析

The Causes and Solutions to the Continuous Low Prices ——Taking Wuhan As An Example

武汉价格持续低迷的成因有“共性”:入世拉动价格下滑 ;企业下岗人员增多 ,消费信心减弱 ;股票价格的大幅度下降不利于物价的回升 ;农民收入增长缓慢 ,但负担却越来越重。应当着重关注的是价格低迷的“个性”:武汉经济在全国经济中的地位下滑 ,银行惜贷 ,非国有经济发展不足 ,经济外向度低 ,品牌经济实力较弱。武汉走出价格持续低迷之谷的对策为 :积极发展教育产业 ,让国有、民营两种经济形式比翼双飞 ,培育中产阶层和富裕阶层的消费热点 ,加强有竞争力的产业。

The causes of continuous low prices in Wuhan are: the entry to the WTO; the increase of laid off persons, the lowering confidence in consumption; the declining of stock prices; the slow increase of farmers' income and heavier burden on farmers. This paper thinks that more attention should be paid on the 'specific characteristics' of the low prices: the economic status of Wuhan in the whole country is falling; the banks are unwilling to loan; private economics doesn't develop enough; the proportion of export oriented economics is low; the strength of brand economics is weak. The solution to Wuhan's going out of the continuous low prices are: 1.developing education industry; 2.making state owned economics and private economics develop together; 3.building up new consumption hotspots among the middle class and rich class; 4.strengthening competitve industry.
